joined the Chattanooga Tax department. Steve holds a B.S. degree
from Covenant College and a Masters of Accountancy from North Carolina
State.
Cara Neighbors joined the Chattanooga Audit department. She is a May 2004 graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Carmen Bentley
joined the firm's Memphis office, Ison & Decosimo. She holds
