Clients with international concerns benefit from our affiliation with Moore Stephens International Limited, a worldwide association of independent firms and business advisors. MSIL allows us to complement our staff with international colleagues who have a wealth of international experience in assurance, regulatory, and consulting services.
We are a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms and are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Membership is voluntary, but member firms must have a periodic review of their system of control governing the services provided to their clients.
The firm recently completed its ninth consecutive triennial peer review program. We received the highest level of independent assurances on our system of quality control concerning the services provided to our clients.
Decosimo is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and no audit failure claims have been made against our firm.
