Tax & Regulatory
- Tax planning and compliance services, including tax return preparation, to 18 financial institutions
- Assistance with formation of financial institutions and/or holding companies to nine financial institutions
Corporate Finance
- Assistance with acquisitions, from the perspective of the buyer and seller, to 15 financial institutions
Litigation Support
- Investigation, financial analysis, and presentation of financial data in cases involving financial institutions concerning the litigation of Holder in Due Course issues and other financial related issues
