Concerns of health care executives continue to grow more complex as the market environment evolves. In addition to focusing on the efficiency of internal operations and the allocation of resources, successful executive leadership must also include market positioning in the face of competition and continued renewal to cope with change. Survival under conditions of intense competition and accelerating change depends on the ability to adapt and take advantage of the environment better than others.
Our approach is different from other strategic planning services. It is based on your organization's mission and has a bias toward action and a proven record of success. We tailor this approach to your needs so that the critical success factors of shared vision, common understanding and agreed upon action plans may be met. Our methodology is a logically structured, step-by-step process that guides your organizational group in taking a hard look at current resources and strategies, and future opportunities and risks.
The initial scope of our engagement consists of a diagnostic phase. Through a three-step process which includes a series of interviews and information gathering we will develop your goals, ownership objectives, and management philosophy for the physician practice.
Step I: Preplanning and Environment Assessment
| Market and Competitor Analysis |

Step II: Goal and Strategy Formulation
At the completion of Step I, your practice will be in a position to develop its Strategic Business Plan. To do this you must define your strategy and set the objectives that support both the mission and the strategy. We will lead your strategy group through a series of facilitated exercises designed to validate your mission and develop the strategy and goals.
Step III: Implementation Action Plans
The best strategic plan can be effective only if it is implemented. Accordingly, we devote significant effort to the facilitation of the development of high level implementation plans. We will facilitate the selection of champions for each strategy identified by the planning group. The champions will be responsible for developing action plans for their assigned strategies. Therefore, the "doers" are directly responsible for implementation.
