The Coca-Cola Story

The best way to introduce Decosimo's transaction advisory services is to tell our story of rolling up Coca-Cola© franchises.

We spent much of our buy-side representation working for clients who understand the power of cash-flow financing. Our initial work was in the carpet industry, but we were soon working with Carl Navarre in the roll up of 17 Coca-Cola© franchises that would become the publicly traded Coca-Cola© Bottling Company of Miami.

Our reputation spread and before the Coca-Cola© and 7-up© industries where effectively consolidated, we had worked on over 100 franchise consolidations in New York, Chicago, Cincinnati, and many other major cities. Our work in bottling serves to tell the story of our transaction services for many other industries including, Major League Baseball©.
