Innovative training
Our Decosimo University is one of the most effective training programs in the industry.  Each year we provide 40-60 hours of in-house and off-site training, mentoring programs and more.  Each major engagement is followed by individual feedback so that our professionals continue to grow.  Our "open door" policy allows us to continually discuss issues and develop our professional abilities.
