Vicki Bracey is a tax manager with Decosimo/Vaden, the entertainment services and business management division of Decosimo in Nashville. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years experience in public accounting and participates on the firm’s entertainment and family office team.

Vicki has specialized experience providing tax services to the entertainment industry, creative professionals and family offices. She manages the business and tax planning for hundreds of high-net-worth clients.

Vicki is a graduate of Austin Peay State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Administration degree with a concentration in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), where she currently serves on the State Tax Committee. Vicki is also a member of the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA).
