Tax Manager
Cecil practices in the areas of corporate, partnership and individual taxation with an emphasis on small businesses.
Cecil has worked in public accounting for over thirty years. During this time he has provided tax and management advisory services for clients in a variety of industries including medical and healthcare providers and various for-profit corporations. His responsibilities have included planning, supervision, and performing audits. Cecil is experienced in providing accounting and tax services as well, including preparation of statements and tax returns.
Cecil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds certificates in both Tennessee and Florida.
Cecil graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.
Cecil is an active member of Hixson First Baptist Church and serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Bethel Bible Village.
