Assurance Manager
 Jennifer practices primarily in the area of financial statement assurance audits with an emphasis on public company audits. Ms. Goodman joined the practice in 2003 after a firm she had worked for since 1995 merged with Decosimo. She began her career in the areas of both auditing and corporate tax with clients in a variety of businesses including baked goods and textile manufacturing, metal fabrication, health care, and not for profit companies. She currently provides audit and accounting services to a number of public and privately-held manufacturing companies, many not for profit agencies and a food vending company.
Ms. Goodman is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She is also an associate member of the American Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is currently enrolled in a two-year leadership program specialized for accountants. She is the treasurer of The Craniofacial Foundation of America located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Licensed as a CPA in Tennessee, Ms. Goodman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1995.
