Senior Manager
 Jason is a Senior Manager with the tax practice of Decosimo’s Knoxville office. He has thirteen years of experience providing tax and advisory services to consolidated corporations, closely-held businesses and their owners. His experience also includes international planning and compliance, as well as multi-state tax planning.
Jason provides tax advisory services to clients in a variety of
industries including manufacturing, restaurants, wholesale, retail,
transportation and real estate for both publicly-traded and non-public
companies.
Prior to joining Decosimo, Jason worked for an international accounting firm and a regional accounting firm, in both the Knoxville and Memphis markets. He has also served as the tax director for a global orthopedics manufacturer.
He is a member of the AICPA and its tax section. Jason is also a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs, where he serves on the federal tax committee. His civic involvement includes service to the Knoxville Rotary Club as Treasurer and as an advisory board member for the Arthritis Foundation of East Tennessee.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Tennessee.
