Managing Principal, Hendry & Decosimo (Dalton)
 Charles provides audit/assurance, tax and management assistance services to all types of companies within the textile industry, with other concentrations in the fields of medical practice, estates and trusts.
Mr. Hendry is the Managing Principal of Hendry & Decosimo, formerly known as Hendry & Bailey, PC. Mr. Hendry merged his practice with Decosimo in 1988, and today the Dalton-based Hendry & Decosimo is one of the leading financial advisory firms in North Georgia.
Hendry & Decosimo’s clients include major textile mills with annual sales in excess of one billion dollars.
Mr. Hendry is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Estate Planning Council and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He is a past president of both the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Educational Foundation of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
He is Trustee Emeritus for the Georgia Federal Tax Conference, a Life Associate of the Whitfield Healthcare foundation, a trustee of the Dalton State College Foundation, a trustee of Hamilton Healthcare System, the chairman of the Dalton Housing Authority and a past treasurer of the Dalton-Whitfield County Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as lieutenant governor for the 11th Division of Kiwanis International and is a past president of the Carpet City Rotary Club.
Mr. Hendry received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1961 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1962. He is a CPA in the states of Georgia and Tennessee.
