Assurance Principal
 Frank provides audit and management advisory services to a wide variety of clients, including businesses, partnerships, 401(k) plans, and profit-sharing plans. He also provides services to a number of not–for–profit organizations. In addition he has provided and continues to provide buy-side and sell-side advisory services to companies.
Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 2001, he was awarded the Top 40 Under 40 Award by the Memphis Business Journal. He is a 2006 graduate of the Leadership Academy’s Masters program.
He is actively involved in the Memphis community. Currently he serves as Treasurer of the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis and as a board member of the Alliance for Nonprofit Excellence. Frank also serves as a member of the finance committee of Chickasaw Country Club.
He has served as a member of MpactMemphis! and the Grand Krewe of Ptolemy, where he was as a board member and treasurer.
He is a founding member of the Memphis chapter of the Springhill College Alumni Association, where he currently serves as president, as well as an ad–hoc member of the Springhill College National Alumni Association. Mr. Lamanna is a past president and treasurer for the board of directors of Hands On Memphis, Inc.
Frank received a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.
