Specific Responsibilities:

Manage multiple audit and accounting engagements including staffing, planning, supervision, monitoring budget and engagement completion.

Assist in supervising and developing staff including periodic performance reviews.

Evaluation of client’s internal controls and preparation of meaningful recommendations.

Research audit and accounting issues and monitor compliance with quality control guidelines.

Participate in continuing professional education and training.

Assist in the development of new business opportunities.

Participate in industry organizations and community activities.

Qualified applicants will possess a BS/BA Accounting, CPA and a minimum of five years of public accounting and auditing experience. Strong technical background in GAAP and GAAS is mandatory. Industry experience in real estate, healthcare, manufacturing or financial services preferred. Computer experience with data extraction and “paper-less” audit software. Must have the ability to travel to client locations as necessary. Overnight travel is extremely limited.
