(“Autobase”), a leading provider of safety service patrol programs, in its sale to Vehicle Management Solutions (“VMS”), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital.
Autobase is nationally recognized for delivering mission-critical safety service patrol operations that assist stranded motorists, improve roadway safety, and support state transportation agencies. The acquisition strengthens VMS’s safety service patrol platform and enhances its ability to provide integrated safety, maintenance, and incident response services across the United States.
